The hotel room was spacious and clean, with good lighting and a comfortable bed. The staff was polite and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. Its location was perfect, a short distance from the seafront and a large supermarket around the corner.
The decor was outdated and shabby, with old furnishings and a tired look. The breakfast options were limited, mainly catering to Indonesian tastes, and the omelettes were not appealing.

Some guests have experienced hindrances such as delays in receiving assistance for technical issues and problems with hot water supply in the rooms.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this 4-star hotel, the breakfast buffet offered a variety of dishes and delicious waffles. the room was spotless, and the pool and gym facilities were great. the hotel is conveniently located close to the city center with easy access to shopping and restaurants.
The Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly slow and unreliable. the air conditioner in our room was not functioning properly and made the room too cold.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the waterfront and Fort Rotterdam. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was ample space for my belongings in the drawers and closet. The hot water in the shower was excellent, coming out instantly without any waiting time. Additionally, the customer service provided by the staff exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
